Ordering your new lease car in 4 easy steps

Here at Trio Leasing, we like to make the leasing process simple. That is why we have designed our systems and processes to be streamlined, efficient, and easy to use. 

This means that you can enquire about any vehicle, request quotes, and begin the process of ordering your next car from a desktop computer, tablet or while browsing on your mobile phone. 

When it comes to placing an order, we will send you all the required information by email, allowing you to complete your proposal form and sign for your vehicle order electronically using Esign. No need to print and post any paperwork back to us, which can cause unnecessary delays. 

Furthermore, when applying for finance, all of our funder partners, offer Esign. This means that once you have been accepted for finance, they will email your finance agreements to you, which you can view, check, sign and complete electronically. *

As soon as your new car is available for delivery (as confirmed by the supplying dealership) we will be in touch to offer delivery at the earliest opportunity. For personal contract hire customers, the vehicle will be delivered to your home address, as detailed on your finance proposal and finance agreements. For business contract hire customers, we will deliver directly to your registered office address/place of work as detailed on your finance proposal and finance agreements. 

*Occasionally, funders may choose not to offer Esign and request manually completed documentation. This is a random process and is carried out as part of the funder’s ongoing anti-fraud and compliance obligations. We are happy to assist if required to sign documentation manually.
